Ladders and Stairways, General. This appeal was denied in all respects. Established were two nonserious violations of 6599(1) which the Appellant stipulated to as being repeat in character. The proposed penalties of $150 were affirmed.
The violations concerned a portable mast used by Appellant in the pulling and servicing of oil wells.
