Employer Duty to Eliminate Hazards Under His Control. This appeal was denied. Affirmed were nonserious violations of 1761(c) and 1761(f) together with related penalties of $75. The violations concerned two 220-volt electrical panels in a storeroom at Appellant's facility. These panels supplied electrical power not to the Appellant, but to an adjoining building.
