SAN FRANCISCO - Domtar Gypsum Inc., of Ann Arbor, MI, and Roland Johnson, its former plant manager, have agreed to pay $800,000 in fines to settle charges brought against them under the Health and Safety Code by the Los Angeles District Attorney's Environmental Crimes Unit.
