AB 1655 Amendment Would Extend Ticp Assessments

A recent amendment to Assembly Bill 1655 would delete the repeal date for Targeted Inspection and Consultation Program (TICP) assessments.The amendments to the bill were offered by Assemblyman Robert Hertzberg (D-Van Nuys). Under current law, the assessments are scheduled to be repealed on Jan. 1, 2000.
