Heat and Control, Inc., did not violate the General Industry Safety Orders (GISO) regarding inert-gas metal-arc welding, Administrative Law Judge Dennis M. Sullivan has ruled, in a case in which the employer agreed to be re-cited in order to help clarify the regulation.The company's general violation and $365 penalty was dismissed.
