Appeals Board Deliberating – Important Constitutional Issues

The Cal-OSH Appeals Board, having heard oral arguments in June 1998 on each of four ALJ decisions involving jurisdictional issues, will be issuing Decisions After Reconsideration on each of them later this year.Ordinarily, COR is sent copies of each ALJ decision so we may summarize them for the Decisions section.
