SACRAMENTO -- As his last act before leaving his post, former OSH Appeals Board Chairman James Gazdecki named Bill Duplissea acting chairman and appointed executive officer Janet Eagan as a deputy board member.Gazdecki's term expired Jan. 15 and by law, he was allowed to remain on the board for 60 days.
