Appeals Board Members Will Hear Oral Arguments

LOS ANGELES - The three-man Cal-OSH Appeals Board this month will launch a new policy. It has called for oral arguments as it reviews public policy issues related to reconsideration of two recent ALJ decisions.COST RECOVERY: The first issue, Chairman James Gazdecki said, is when it is appropriate to grant an employer's petition for costs.
