BERKELEY - AB 50 (Johnson and Pringle), the bill introduced December 13, 1994, to repeal from the 1993 workers' compensation reform package the mandate that the Cal-OSH Standards Board adopt standards for ergonomics in the workplace by January 1, 1995, moved out of the Assembly Committee on Labor and Employment on August 23.
