SACRAMENTO - The state supreme court has accepted for review two decisions by appellate panels in Los Angeles that concern whether recent amendments to the Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA) preempt the exclusivity of workers' compensation as a remedy for an employee who claims disability discrimination for failure to make reasonable accommodation for work-related disability.The decisions are at odds with each other.
