Cal-OSHA Enforcers Told Bloodborne Violations Are Serious

PORTLAND, OR - The Division of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) wants violations of General Industry 5193, the bloodborne pathogens standard, to be considered as serious, unless the employer did not, and could not with the exercise of reasonable diligence, know of the presence of the violative condition.
