Cal/OSHA to Convene Committees in March on Ag Transport, ‘Pay for PPE’

Cal/OSHA wants to codify an employer's duty to pay for personnel protective equipment, but some stakeholders object without key exceptions. Some ag employers seek approval of job-built transport platforms, but DOSH isn't sure they are safe. Two March stakeholder meetings will help flesh things out. Here's when and where they will be held.
