Chemical Safety Board Comments were ‘Inaccurate and Demeaning’

At a recent meeting on the 2012 Chevron fire, U.S. Chemical Safety Board officials suggested that Cal/OSHA's Process Safety Management Unit lacked "technically competent staff." But a letter to Cal-OSHA Reporter asserts that this was an inaccurate and insulting assertion.
