SAN FRANCISCO - Over a period of five months, an industrial hygienist with Cal-OSHA conducted an inspection of the San Diego County Jail's facility at Vista. She was there because of a complaint alleging that employees were exposed to harmful exposures from airborne tuberculosis bacilli.
