In our Sept. 24 report on the Cal/OSHA Advisory Committee, we misstated information from Cal/OSH Appeals Board Presiding Administrative Law Judge Barbara Miller on the number of appeals expected for the year.On page 8287 we quoted Miller as stating that the appeals received through August put the board on a pace to receive 3,227 appeals for the year.
