LOS ANGELES -- A trial judge erred when he allowed consideration of Cal/OSHA regulations in civil suit by an injured worker against a general contractor, a California state appeal court ruled earlier this month.The California Court of Appeal, Fourth Appellate District overturned a $631,254 verdict against contractor Carl Uveges and sent the matter back to Superior Court.
