Employers are watching two recent judgments issued in Sacramento County Superior Court involving challenges to Cal/OSH Appeals Board Decisions After Reconsideration (DARs). In both cases, the court agreed that the Division of Occupational Safety and Health had correctly cited the employers for willful violations of safety rules and affirmed the DARs.
