Crane Company Takes Dispute with DOSH to Cal/OSH Appeals Board

A distributor of innovative cranes designed for fast setup and mobility is taking a Cal/OSHA decision to classify these devices as mobile tower cranes to the Appeals Board, saying the agency's "special action" is harming the firm's business.
