Davis Appoints Former Standards Board Chairman to Cal/OSH Appeals Board

Filling a vacancy left by the recent departure of William Duplissea, Gov. Gray Davis has appointed Gerald P. O'Hara as a member of the Cal/OSH Appeals Board.O'Hara, 64, has been the director of the California Teamsters Public Affairs Council since 1975. He was also a founding member of the Cal/OSH Standards Board, and served as board chairman for six years.
