Deadly Incident in Richmond

The Department of Industrial Relations reports a fatality at a Richmond workplace Feb. 28. An employee of Enterprise Transportation, based in Houston, Texas, was on top of his truck unloading lubricant oil when he fell over backward while attempting to close the top. The worker struck his head on the ground and was killed.On March 3, an employee of DHT, Inc., of Huntington Beach, lost a leg after part of a concrete wall collapsed on him.
