DOSH Calls Jan. 20 Meeting to Discuss Controlling-Employer Defense

While an Appeals Board-created defense for so-called "controlling employers on multiemployer worksites” makes its way through the court system, the Division of Occupational Safety and Health has in mind its own version of a defense.
