SACRAMENTO -- The Division of Occupational Safety and Health has cited the Oakland Fire Dept.'s Hazardous Materials Response Team (HMRT) for 13 alleged violations, including four alleged repeat and one alleged willful violation, related to training and medical responsibilities, with total proposed penalties of more than $25,000.The citations were issued after an inspection triggered by a complaint.
