DOSH Drops Investigation on V.A. Meningococcal Case involving Researcher

It's been more than six months since a research associate at San Francisco's Veteran's Affairs Medical Center died from exposure to a deadly bacterium. But federal officials are tight-lipped about the investigation and now Cal/OSHA has dropped out of the probe.
