In a settlement recently approved by the Cal/OSH Appeals Board, the Division of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) has amended two citations it issued to High Desert State Prison in Susanville, dropping allegations of ergonomics violations from serious to general, and dramatically reducing the proposed penalties.
