The Division of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) has issued an Order Prohibiting Use to U.S. Pipe and Foundry, a Union City company which suffered a steam explosion last week that injured 12 workers.DOSH is prohibiting use of molten-iron pouring equipment, according to Dean Fryer, spokesman for the Department of Industrial Relations.
