DOSH Objections To Avalanche-Control Proposal: Avoiding A “Slippery Slope”

After the Division of Occupational Safety and Health cracked down on what it believed were dangerous practices at California ski resorts on handling explosives for avalanche control, the industry petitioned for a regulatory change to allow procedures it says have been proven safe over 50 years.
