WALNUT CREEK -- Georgia-Pacific Corp.'s San Leandro Paper Mill has become the latest work site to qualify for Cal/OSHA Consultation Service's Voluntary Protection Program (VPP). The facility celebrated its achievement last week. The plant produces gypsum wallboard paper, using recycled cardboard.
