SAN DIEGO - The Environmental Information Association (EIA) has called a general meeting at the Waterfront Plaza Hotel in Oakland's Jack London Square on August 11 from noon to 2 p.m. The organization has a new president, Bruce White, and hopes to revitalize its membership in northern California.
