Electrician’s Union Files CASPA on Revised Insulated Glove Safety Order

The International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) has filed a Complaint Against State Program Administration (CASPA) with federal OSHA over revisions to California's Low Voltage Electrical Safety Orders.The Cal/OSH Standards Board adopted the revisions to LVESO 2320.2, The Use of Barriers and Insulated Gloves, in December 2000.
