Emergency 1127 Regulations Approved – Increased Penalties Now Effective

OAKLAND -- California's Office of Administrative Law (OAL) has approved emergency regulations that allow key provisions of AB 1127 to go into effect the first of the year.Cal/OSHA's Division of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) submitted amendments to Title 8, 334 and 336, that deal with serious, repeat and failure-to-abate violations.
