The Division of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) has cited a Southern California framing contractor for four alleged willful/serious violations in the death this spring of an employee who fell at a residential complex under construction in Los Angeles.BLF, Inc., doing business as Larrabure Framing, also received "jumbo" proposed penalties of $286,000.
