Sacramento Superior Court Judge James T. Ford has issued his modified decision that signals the end of litigation over California's controversial ergonomics regulation. California's Third Court of Appeal handed down a ruling Oct. 29, 1999, that upheld most of the regulation as written by the OSH Standards Board.
