SAN PABLO, CA - At its Los Angeles meeting September 22, the Cal-OSH Standards Board approved a permanent variance from General Industry 5190(h)(2), cotton dust, to Dishal, Inc., dba Quality Felt Co. of Oakland. The firm employs workers to process waste cotton into bedding material.
