Fatalities Bring OSHA Citations and Penalties

Fed-OSHA has issued news releases announcing citations and large penalties recently issued against three companies who lost employees to on-the-job accidents.+A marine cargo handler has been cited and fined following the death of an employee working aboard a cargo chip last April.
