Fed-OSHA Delays Implementation of Recordkeeping Rule

SACRAMENTO -- Apparently, bowing to pressure from the business community, which objected to an accelerated implementation date, and its own time crunch, Fed-OSHA has pushed back the publication of its revised standard on injury and illness recordkeeping."Frankly, we're just running out of time," OSHA spokesman Frank Kane told COR.
