Fire at Munitions Plant Critically Burns Two Workers

A flash fire involving highly toxic chemicals at an explosives manufacturing company has left two workers with severe burns.The Feb. 11 accident at Quantic Industries, Inc., in Hollister, left Barry Hogue, 29, with burns over 60 percent of his body and John Labuguen, 36, with burns over 30 percent of his body.
