SAN RAMON, CA - Many of us find ourselves on the road more of the time; most of us have noticed an increase in enraged drivers. Here is great advice to keep you from being victimized by "road rage." The recommendations are from the Automobile Club of Southern California, which studied more than 10,000 violent aggressive driving incidents nationwide between 1990 and 1996.+Don't offend.
