TREASURE ISLAND, CA - On June 30, Governor Pete Wilson signed SB 996 (Lockyer and Leonard), an urgency measure that should help the Department of Industrial Relations with a cash flow problem---funding for Cal-OSHA's High Hazard Employer Program (HHEP).Selected employers must pay fees ranging from $100 to $2,500.
