Guam Contractor Faces $102,000 in Penalties

SAN FRANCISCO - OSHA Region IX has proposed penalties of $102,000 against a Guam-based construction firm for serious and repeated violations of federal safety and health laws. Guam Brilliant Development Company, Ltd., was cited October 16 following an OSHA inspection conducted in April.
