SACRAMENTO - It would seem that sexual harassment is in the eye (or gender) of the beholder. Researchers at the University of Arizona asked 1,700 men and women whether they would be flattered or insulted if a co-worker asked them to engage in sex. Half the women said they would be insulted. Less than 1% would be flattered. But 13% of the men said they would be flattered and only 8% said they would be insulted.Copyright (c) 1998 Cal--OSHA. All rights reserved.
