Heat Illness Bill Would Give Workers Right to Sue Employers

A farmworkers group says California's heat illness bill is not working and Cal/OSHA is not properly enforcing the standard. So now it's sponsoring a bill to beef up enforcement, including giving workers the right to private action in some cases.
