LOS ANGELES - The issue of which injuries are recordable may cost B&K Inc., Birmingham, Alabama, $70,000. OSHA Region I in Boston cited the company for that amount on December 1 for one alleged willful violation at International Paper Co.'s Androscoggin Mill in Jay, Maine, after records review based on an employee complaint.
