LOS ANGELES - "Motivating Safety in the Workplace" is the title of a report by the Insurance Research Council (IRC) and the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB). The IRC polled 3,200 small and medium-size business owners across the country who are NFIB members. Of those polled, 54% did not view workplace safety as much of a problem.
