SAN DIEGO -- The tallest construction crane in North America collapsed while attempting to lift a section of roofing at a baseball stadium project in Milwaukee July 14, killing three workers and injuring five others.Known as "Big Blue," the 567-foot crane was trying to move a 400-ton roof panel into place at Miller Park, which when finished will have a retractable dome.
