IIPP Changes, Smoking Petition, Held Over to August 25

SAN DIEGO - With only four of its five members present for the July 21 meeting in San Diego, the Cal-OSH Standards Board discussed but did not vote on IIPPs and smoking, two subjects the state legislature has taken a great interest in. Pending revisions to General Industry 3203, recordkeeping relief for certain small businesses and local government agencies, were first proposed for adoption at the June meeting to carry out changes the legislature made in 1993 to the seven elements of the Injury and Il
