IIPP Records Need Only Be Kept for One Year

SACRAMENTO - At its brief April 20 meeting, the Cal-OSH Standards Board heard no comments from the public on proposed changes to recordkeeping requirements of General Industry 3203, the Injury and Illness Prevention Program (IIPP). The revised language for subsections (b)(l), (b)(2) and (c)(2) of 3203 were drafted by staff at the board's direction. There was no advisory committee input.
