Jeffress, OSHA and the Politics of Reform

OAKLAND, CA - Most of the news out of the nation's capital has to do with fund raising or the budget; OSHA issues are not very evident. However, Charles Jeffress of North Carolina is assured of confirmation to head Fed-OSHA.
