LOS ANGELES - On May 26, Superior Court Judge James Ford ordered the Cal-OSH Standards Board to draft an ergonomics standard within six months and enact it within the following 12 months. The order will be drafted by Don Carroll, the attorney for the California Labor Federation, which had petitioned the court to act. Two board members attended the brief hearing.
