OAKLAND -- The Division of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) has begun investigations of the following recent incidents.Aug. 19: An explosion inside an ethylene oxide chamber at Sterigenics in Ontario injured four employees, three seriously enough to be hospitalized.
