SACRAMENTO -- California's Division of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) is investigating three workplace incidents on July 15 in which workers were killed. The Division also is looking into a fatal incident July 19.At 8:35 a.m. July 15, a 55-year-old electrician was electrocuted in La Palma while attempting to wire two new machines together.
